About the Event
The Sunnywood Project is teaming up with BRIF (Bury Rural Inequalities Forum) to replace and install way-markers along the 18 mile Village Link route.
The Village Link is a loop connecting six of Bury’s most historic villages and is mainly on trail paths passing by a series of iconic landmarks and through stunning green spaces.
This Fit for Purpose activty involves running a short section of the Village Link route; pausing occasionally to install missing way-markers or replacing those that are damaged. We will cover a distance of around 6 miles with several pauses where we will quickly install markers in the locations required.
